PARKING AND SET UP
Each person on our team does their absolute best to make your party run as smoothly as possible - this portion will help the most!
​
Please leave street parking for our team by blocking the road with cones, caution tape or plastic chairs.
​
If parking is difficult and cannot be done this way we ask that you please pass on our services!
​
Set up must be in close walking distance to the trailer - our team must be close to the trailer as they have lots of materials and animals to care for during your event!
​
Pony Rides go in an apropriate size circle or square depending on our staffs discretion.
OUR TEAM
As we have grown - our on the road teams are now run by groups of young adults and teen volunteers.
​
Our older staff have over 10 years of animal care and horse experience and are trained to make sure your guests are as safe as possible around live animals!
​
Remember, they are doing the best they can for being under a lot of pressure! Ask them questions, treat them as you would hope your children would be treated at their first job and keep in mind - they are human too.
​
Please assist our staff by helping your child on to the pony and walking beside them during the entire duration of their ride.
WAIVER
Every party host must read through and sign the following waiver!

Our team will bring a copy to sign in person OR you are welcome to print and sign beforehand to speed up set up!
Deposit & Final Payment Options
We require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot!

Why is this non-refundable?: This transaction is simply you paying to hold your spot - whether you keep this spot, decide not to, have rainy weather during your event, etc. this initial transaction only covers the cost of holding this spot.

How do I pay the remaining balance?:
1. We accept Venmo up to 7 days before the event! $50 Late Fee is added to your total If you Venmo any later than 7 days prior to you party date.
2. Check received and deposited TWO WEEKS (14 days) prior to your event!
3. Cash immediately upon arrival - it is best to count your cash beforehand, put inside of an envelope and hand it to your event host first thing!

Pony rides are reserved for children 12 and under ONLY - no exceptions!
​
Parents must assist their child on the pony and walk beside them during the ride.

Our mobile services depend on clear, safe, and accessible parking. Without proper parking, it can lead to delays, increased stress, and safety risks for both the animals and our team. To avoid this, we need your help in ensuring that there is adequate parking space at your event location.

What Do We Need From You?:
When booking your mobile party, please make sure that parking is:

Close and easily accessible to the event area.

Sufficiently spacious to allow us to safely unload animals and equipment.

Free from obstacles or hazards that could interfere with our setup or animal safety.
